Navigate Menopause with Confidence
At Menopause Set Go, I help you understand your symptoms, explore your options, and feel confident speaking to your GP.
If you’re feeling “not quite yourself” — struggling with symptoms like anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, hot flushes or changes in mood — you’re not alone.
Many women reach this stage knowing something isn’t right, but unsure what to ask for or where to start.
This is your space to talk things through, make sense of what’s happening, and feel more confident about your next steps.
You don’t need to prepare anything — just come as you are.

A bit about me
🌿 About Me
I created Menopause Set Go to support women through perimenopause and menopause with clarity, confidence and compassion.
I’m a registered Nurse Practitioner, and like many women, my own experience of perimenopause came on suddenly and caught me completely off guard. I didn’t recognise what was happening to my body or mind — and that experience changed the direction of my career.
I made it my priority to properly understand menopause. I’ve undertaken additional training, including education through the British Menopause Society, and I now support women by helping them make sense of their symptoms and feel more confident in navigating their options.
Over the years, I’ve been involved in menopause care and have seen first-hand how much of a difference the right understanding — and the right conversations — can make.
